Kimbell Art Museum: Perhaps the best small art museum in the world. A must-see. The building itself, an award-winning design by the late Louis Kahn, is a masterpiece. Inside, perfectly lit permanent collections range from prehistoric art to masterpieces by El Greco, Rembrandt, Monet, Matisse and Picasso.
